Description

So these are all original characters, branching out across several series, and they all make up the next generation of the Teen Titans. For those of you who don't know, I am a HUGE Teen Titans fan, and I have been since the fourth grade. That's literally ten years of being in love with the Teen Titans.

If any of you are interested to read a little bit about them, I'll try to keep it brief! Starting from left to right.
If you're not going to read, please at least take the time to comment. I spent a long time on this image!

:bulletyellow:The orange-headed girl is Hiro, daughter of Yumi and Ulrich (from Code Lyoko) and self-proclaimed edgy androgynous badass. She's so edgy, can't you see how edgy she is? She's so hardcore and intense and don't mess with her cause she'll fuck you up. She's hilariously over-the-top "badass" think Buttercup (PowerPuff Girls) combined with Sasuke and you'll get a basic idea. She's everything an "emo kid" aspires to be and more, and she's everything that people make fun of "wemo kids" for. She's a fairly good fighter, and she's pretty good with a sword, but she doesn't have any super powers. She also doesn't have a love interest, but she insists she's a lesbian. Because, you know, she's edgy.

:bulletwhite:Next down the line is Havand'r, one of Starfire and Robin's fraternal twins. He goes by Haven as his super hero name, and he's a very strong flier, but his starbolts leave a lot to be desired. He's the "heart throb" of the group among the teenage female demographic of Jump City, and he's very flirtatious with women in public situations, but as soon as he has genuine interest in a woman he becomes a blubbering feeble-tongued mess. He's a through-and-through romantic, with an affinity for cheesey romantic comedies, romance novels, and old sitcoms. He eventually gets a girlfriend named Eleanor, who was born without legs and is wheel-chair bound.

:bulletpink:The other half of the fraternal twins, is Haven's sister Violand'r, who goes by Viola. She puts on a strong appearance as a bubbly air-headed twit, and has a sort of side-job catching pedophiles and sex offenders when she's not helping to save the planet from super-villains. She lures them in with her innocent charm and ropes them up and hands them to the police. The female demographic of the city hates her because she always acts like a ditz, but she can't afford to break her persona if she wants to continue to trap sex offenders, and being liked is not as important as getting those men and women off the streets. She eventually hooks up with Pyre (the last in the line-up)

:bulletgreen:Next is Beast Boy and Raven's child, Erasmus. He prefers to go by "Razz" and even his team calls him that in private situations. He's not a very strong transformer, despite his close resemblance to his father, and he's only capable of turning into three animals successfully - a crow, a wolf, and a boa constrictor. He takes after his mother in the powers department - he's a rather powerful sorcerer. He dabbles in dark magic, although uses it for good, but it makes the city skeptical of him. They're certain he's going to turn into a villain one day, and they assume it's inevitable that he will become evil. He is the oldest of the team, and also the team leader. He idolizes Captain America. He meets Shade, of the X-Men, the accidental child of Mirage and Night Crawler. Raised by Kurt, he can teleport like him, but lacks any other powers.

:bulletblack:Next is Tesla, a 11-year-old engineer who had groundbreakingly genius parents, and they homeschooled her all her life. When they died suddenly in a terrible accident, she ran away from the foster care system. She wasn't allowed to take a job because she was too young, she wasn't allowed to join other super hero teams because she didn't have powers, she was turned away from Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters because she wasn't a mutant. As a last-ditch effort she joined the Teen Titans under Cyborg's wing, and eventually he adopted her legally. She is very immature, throws fits when she doesn't get her way, and looks down on people who aren't as smart as she is. She eventually hooks up with Bruce Banner's son, Jeremy.

:bulletorange:Last is Pyre. He's a very secretive fellow, with the social skills of a couch cushion and the vocabulary of Webster's Unabridged Dictionary (minus every possible slang term.) He was a mistake baby of Hotstreak's (anyone know Static Shock?) after he knocked up a prostitute. He accidentally passed his powers down to his child, and the woman was killed in childbirth when the infant combusted halfway through the process. Unsure of what to do, the hospital gave the baby to an orphanage, but after the babe combusted a second time and nearly burned down the orphanage, at a loss for what to do, they handed him to the military. There he was raised from infancy as a project, in a floating fortress (Think the Avenger's Hellicarrier) where he was isolated from the rest of the planet and made to be a soldier. He was never even given a name, though he knew his project number was "#7.683 S/Division-Project Pyre." He has struggled coping with learning about modern culture and media, and eventually (almost ten years later) he starts dating Viola.

And that's everyone! I don't know if you got this far, but if you did, thank you for reading! I pretty much love these guys, and I've spent the last three weeks working on this picture. College classes are a bitch, they take up a lot of my time, I don't crank out art nearly as fast as I'd like. Oh well!

Please comment and let me know what you think of these guys!
